Methodology

Unlike traditional training, Organised Solutions uses a combination of coaching and facilitation techniques to deliver continual performance improvement, following our training courses.  Our methodology involves the use of both Directive and Non Directive approaches.

 


 

Directive

Authoritative  Providing strong directional approach to individuals behaviour, where current activities are producing adverse results compared to expectations or objectives. 
Informative Providing the situation with industry, market, product knowledge, to add relevance to allow people to perceive their own way forward and take a proactive role in achieving their outcomes.
Confronting Raises the person's awareness of the destructive behaviour patterns in their current activities. This uncovers limiting attitudes (e.g. denial) or negative beliefs (e.g. self devaluation) which prohibit improved performance.



Non Directive

Self Analysis Using Self Awareness techniques to identify, validate and have the person understand their resistant roadblocks. Over time they realise these roadblocks can be adapted and managed resulting in improved performance.
Catalyst Using questioning techniques focus a person on why they have not reached their own perceived potential.
Inspirational Affirms individuals capabilities and aligns with the in future potential, increasing self belief by emphasising the individual strengths, skills, capabilities and validating their past experience with market comparison
