Team Dynamics

This program builds better connections between teams of people. These people may work in different departments, with different objectives and perspective, yet need to co-operate & collaborate to improve business effectiveness and efficiency.

Often a culture of “us vs. them” develops.  From a management perspective, this is both destructive, destructive and non productive.

Through this Team Dynamics program team members learn how their perspective/attitudes/motivations & comprehension is similar to some but differs from others. This explains why we get some people, but others completely allude us with their different thinking and behaviour.

Using internationally recognised Belbin Team Roles, attendees start to understand their own business style and skills (DNA). When compared, we realise the value of difference, rather than develop a resistance to them. This increases our abilities to accommodate other skills and capabilities, extending our “team" abilities and efficiencies.
